To REMOVE A DMV REGISTRATION WITHHOLDING so that you may renew your vehicle tags, online PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITH GUARANTEED FUNDS (debit or credit card). PAYMENT BY ECHECK IS NOT PERMITTED to have the withholding removed. Once you pay online with guaranteed funds, please contact the Treasurer's Office at (540)372-1001, option 5 or email trdept@fredericksburgva.gov
